It s very awkward to have to build smaller connectors for vertical movement because it looks like there is no way to connect one multi purpose room to another vertically.

They are constructed with the habitat builder and can only be placed on the floors and ceilings of modules where there is already another module in place ready to connect.

I built a general purpose room but try as i might i can t seem to connect it to another room.
If i try running a corridor the game won t let me connect to that either.
Similar ladders are pre installed on the cyclops and lifepod 5.
